Introducing Hana Hana is a tiny 5-pound peanut who is brand new to rescue, and we are still learning all about her. She was found as a stray and appears to have had a rough start to life, so everything is still very new and overwhelming for her.At this time, Hana is extremely scared and is slowly beginning the process of learning that she is safe. She does well with other dogs and finds comfort in hiding in her blankets, where she feels secure. She has been eating well, which is a positive sign, and we are focusing on gently building her confidence at her own pace.Hana will need a very patient, understanding home with no young children and ideally a fenced yard. She is a work in progress and will require time, consistency, and kindness to learn to trust and feel comfortable in her environment. We will continue to update Hana’s information as she settles in and we get to know her better. For the right adopter who understands shy and fearful dogs, Hana has the potential to blossom into something truly special.Stop by our weekly adoption events on Saturdays from 12-4 pm at 372 Townline Road in Mundelein, IL 60060 to meet our adoptable animals in person.Follow us on Facebook for additional updates and sneak peeks of new dogs! https://www.facebook.com/reachrescue
