Harper and his sister were found on the streets of Houston, searching for shelter, food, and water. Now, this speedy little guy loves nothing more than running and playing with his foster siblings. He’s a playful and energetic pup who also loves to be held and snuggled. A typical day for Harper starts with a potty break outside, followed by breakfast. After fueling up, it's playtime with his sister and other furry friends. As the day heats up, Harper enjoys a nap inside to cool off. In the late afternoon, it’s time for another meal and more outdoor fun.  Harper has a cute little wiggle butt when he is excited! When in his kennel he will let you know when he needs to go potty by barking. He’s a sweet boy who loves attention and is always up for a cuddle.  Harper is looking for a loving home where he can continue to run, play, and receive lots of affection.
