His former humans could no longer care for him due to health reasons. Harvey is a super sweet boy who loves people and other dogs. Give him a few butt scratches and you'll have a friend for life! Harvey is about 2 years old and weighs around 30 pounds. His DNA profile was done and his top breeds are border collie (41%), Bichon (16%) and Yorkie (15%). Apply to adopt this cutie today!   Approximate Birthdate:  Dec 2023 Adoption Fee: $250 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.
