Harvey has all the right moves! He wiggles, he squiggles, he prances and dances like a star. Harvey loves attention and will put on his best happy dance to greet you and get you to give him all the scritchies and cuddles his heart desires. This little burst of happy energy needs to be your only fellow. A low-rider, he will fit well into just about any home.
