HIBA NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!   Name:   Hiba         Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd and lab mix     Best Guess for Age:  6 months as of May 2026          SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:  28.4 lbs as of 5/17/26; she is still growing!   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  DC area foster home   Special adoption considerations:   Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.    Hiba is Looking For:   Her forever home! Hiba and her brother Hefty enjoyed growing up together but now they’re ready to split up and get their own homes. Hiba is no longer a tiny squishy baby but she’s still a puppy and wants what puppies want – play time and exploration and cuddles. Sniffy walks, romps with pup pals, all the adventures her humans can dream up – yes, please! And dog school, so she can show how super smart she is. Hiba is looking forward to loving and being loved by her humans, to being a loyal companion for all her days. Are you her happily ever after? What My Foster Says About Me:   She’s a super fun, happy and playful pup. She had a couple of hours of zoomies last night with Wigsy – she loves to play. She loves stuffed animals. She walks well and happily on the leash. She is doing very well with house training. She slept well last night with our other foster, Ryder.  Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
