She’s the perfect mix of party and chill. Want a kitten who will play and explore? That’s Honeymaren. Want a kitten who will happily relax and hang out with you? Also Honeymaren. She adapts easily to whatever is happening around her and has one of the sweetest, gentlest personalities in the litter. She’s incredibly easy to handle, enjoys being held in a kangaroo pouch, and is content just hanging out wherever you happen to be. In fact, she’s the only kitten in the group who actually enjoys the kangaroo vest. She’s the kind of kitten who would fit seamlessly into almost any home. â&#194&#156¨ My siblings are also my best friends! Growing up together means we play, snuggle, and learn from each other every day. Consider adopting two* of us so we can keep being the purr-fect pair! ð&#194&#159&#194&#144¾ My siblings: Olaf, Sven, Anna, Elsa, Honeymaren (*discounts apply for double kitten adoption.) We strongly encourage adopting two kittens, especially if you donâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t already have a young, playful cat at home. Kittens thrive with a buddy, and it often makes for an easier, happier transition for everyone. Check out why Two Kittens are Better Than One: https://dpa.dog/2KittensRBetterThan1 Learn more about Single Kitten Syndrome: https://dpa.dog/SingleKittenSyndrome Honeymaren is FeLV+. Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), is a virus that attacks the immune system of a cat. Cats with FeLV can live normal, happy, healthy livesâ&#194&#128&#194&#148 but they have a shorter life expectancy than FeLV negative cats. Over time, an infected cat’s health may progressively deteriorate or he/she may experience repeating cycles of illness and relative health. Close monitoring and regular vet care are important to manage the disease. Any close contact among cats can spread FeLV, including bite wounds, mutual grooming, or sharing feeding dishes and litter boxes, so they should be housed without other cats or only with other FeLV+ cats. Because DPA believes these special cats still deserve to live out their lives in a loving home, the adoption fee for FeLV+ cats will be discounted 50%. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard adoption fee for kittens under six months is $150, for two kittens it is $200, and for three kittens it is $300. You can view all the adoptable pets and fill out an adoption application online on our website at http://dallaspetsalive.org/adopt/adoptable-cats/ For more information, you can email adopt@dallaspetsalive.org.
