Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue Meow meet Hope! Hope has been chosen once…and then left twice! This beautiful 4 year old tuxedo girl, complete with the cutest black nose, lost the only home she’d ever known when a new dog in the family couldn’t accept her or her sister. Through no fault of her own, her world turned upside down. The came another heartbreak. Her sister found a family…and Hope was left behind, watching as the one familiar face she had left disappeared. But somehow, Hope hasn’t given up. Every day, she waits. She watches. She calls out, hoping the next person who walks by is finally there for her. She doesn’t just meow -she pleads to be noticed, to be loved, to belong again. Hope is incredibly social, affectionate, playful, and full of love. She adores chasing laser and wand toys, happily greets everyone she meets, and gets along beautifully with cats, dogs and children. She has so much love to give; she just needs someone willing to give it back. She’s not asking for the family who let her go. She’s waiting for the family who never will! Could you be the one who finally shows Hope that being left behind isn’t the end of her story…it’s the beginning of the life she was always meant to have?Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg – Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. Be sure to check us out on Facebook at  bit.ly/KittyCornerFB and "LIKE" our page and share our posts! SAVING ONE CAT MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD…BUT FOR THAT ONE CAT, THE WORLD CHANGES FOREVER!
