Hi, my name is Hummus and I’m a shy guy.  I came to KSC from the Middle East where I had lived for several years with serious eye pain.  Luckily, as soon as I arrived at KSC, I was whisked off to an eye specialist.  After surgery and time to adjust and heal, I’m feeling much better.  The caregivers here tell me I’m a sweet boy and are very gentle and kind when they pet me as they understand my earlier trauma.  Due to my tough time and having to be so protective, I think I would prefer a quiet forever home where I can be your only pet.  I absolutely love to play with toys and I keep myself entertained (though I do really enjoy getting petted too – and I purr like mad when getting attention!).
