Meet Ivy — The Sweet, Social, Shoulder-Perching Cuddle Bug Ivy is such a social butterfly that she happily greets everyone who walks through the door, ready to charm them with her soft sweetness and gentle nature. With her calm, affectionate presence, she would thrive in a nice, quiet home filled with love and plenty of companionship. She’s more laid back than her siblings, but when playtime calls, she joins right in—especially if she’s in the mood for a little fun.In her foster home, Ivy has met many humans as well as other cats, and she has been friendly with everyone. She can be independent at times, but she truly loves being with her people. Like her daughter Ginger, Ivy has a delightful habit of hopping onto your shoulders to ask for affection—but don’t worry, she’s wonderfully gentle about it! She enjoys playtime, but she mostly loves to chill out and simply be near her humans.This young mamma would do well in a home with other feline friends and would be especially happy to be adopted with one of her daughters, Ginger or Buttercup, whom she adores. She would thrive as a family cat with older children and would prefer a home where there’s plenty of company—she genuinely loves people and thrives on affection. She could also do well as a solo cat, as long as her humans are around often and ready to give her lots of love and attention.Whoever brings Ivy home will be getting a total cuddle bug who loves being petted, snuggled, and adored. She’ll happily curl into your chest, shoulder, or even your hair, showering you with warmth and affection.
