He was born in the rescue.  Mom is a long haired spaniel type dog who is about 10 pounds but these kiddos sure look chi. We don’t Guarantee any dog breed but these sweet babies are so very very sweet and spunky. They will be ready to go home very soon. They were born June 7th in their foster mom. Mom hails from South Carolina.
