Critter Details

hw unknownFound being abused by people in abandoned lot.  Finder gave a case of beer for Jasmine.  Sydney scanned for chip, chip was registered.  Called 3 times, left two voicemail, texted 3 times, no response.  Jasmine is obese and otherwise in good condition. Finder cannot keep but wants to pay for vetting (rabies and hw test).
