Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.  Hi, I'm Jaws… but if you call me "Jawsie," I'll know I'm home. When I was just a tiny kitten, I became very sick with pneumonia. While I was healing, it was my kitty family who comforted me, so even today I still feel safest around other cats. They've taught me that life can be fun, and little by little, I'm learning that humans are pretty wonderful too. Once I trust you, I'll come when you call "Jawsie," happily accept gentle kisses on my head, and fill my days with quiet companionship. I may be shy at first, but my confidence grows a little more every day. I'm also a world-class athlete—just ask my tunnel and my wool balls! I love racing my foster friends in games of chase, then settling into the window to watch birds, squirrels, or even golf on TV. Humans chase little balls with funny sticks, but honestly… my way looks much more fun. All I'm looking for is someone patient enough to let me bloom at my own pace. If you open your heart to me, I'll reward you with trust, gentle affection, and the quiet joy of watching a once-shy kitten become your devoted best friend.
