Jelly is the perfect balance of hype girl and cuddle queen. According to her foster parents, "she welcomes you with wild excitement, but if you sit still for more than thirty seconds, she will curl up on the couch and start loudly snoring." Whether she's zooming around or snoozing by your side, she's always showing love in her own way! Jelly loves going on long walks at home, she likes to relax and take it easy. Her fosters also say, "she goes to the crate on her own. We didn't teach her that, we have no idea why she's perfect." Though Jelly loves her crate for snoozes throughout the day, at night she prefers sleeping in bed with her humans. And she's mostly fearless, except when it comes to the dreaded trolley. Jelly is friendly and enthusiastic with people, sometimes a bit jumpy, so she'll thrive with adopters who can help her refine her manners a bit. Since she gets very excited about treats, she does best when they are tossed to her rather than given by hand. Sometimes she doesn't realize that not everything is food, and she recent had surgery after eating something that she found on the sidewalk, so she'll need someone to keep an eye on her and make sure she sticks to only edible and dog-friendly snacks. If you're ready for a fun, food-loving best friend, Jelly is waiting to meet you!
