Critter Details

Jett- Estimated to be an older puppy but less than a year old. Jett was found as a stray and was never claimed. He is wary of the shelter environment but enjoys being loved and picked up. He is a laid back type of dog who is dog neutral and does not seem reactive towards cats. He would do best in a calm and adult only home or one with older children that can give him the space he needs to feel safe. All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption.  You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee.  The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.  Come visit us Monday – Friday between 10am and 4pm and Saturday/Sunday from 10am – 3pm.  Contact us at (732) 324-3877 and don’t forget to ask about our Foster Program!
