Joel and his brother were abandoned in a box at the gas station, but luckily they made their way to loving foster care. Joel loves attention, and his beautiful coat makes for a gorgeous little snuggle bug! Hold him up on your shoulder and he’ll gladly let you carry him anywhere, all while giving a happy purr. When he’s not with you, he’s a great playmate for other kitties!
