Johnnie is an adorable little kitten with soulful eyes, an irresistible face, and a gentle heart that’s just waiting to fully bloom. Rescued from the streets of Harrisburg, with his siblings, he’s learning that indoor life with people is actually pretty wonderful. Johnnie is more of an observer at first, taking his time to watch and understand his surroundings before joining in. He can be a little reserved initially, but the sweetest thing about him is that the moment you pet him, his purr starts going. You can tell he wants so badly to trust and give in completely and with patience and love, he absolutely will. Once he warms up, Johnnie is super sweet.  He loves being pet, especially getting his butt scratched, and he lights up during playtime with feather wands and his siblings. Beneath his cautious start is a loving, playful kitten who simply needs a patient home willing to let him blossom at his own pace. Johnnie’s soft spirit and adorable personality make him impossible not to fall in love with. He’s looking for a family that will give him the time, understanding, and love he needs to become the confident, cuddly companion he’s meant to be. Johnnie is up-to-date on vaccines, neutered (June 3rd), microchipped and will be ready to go to his forever home June 4th.  Johnnie must be adopted with a sibling (Bombay is his bestie!) or into a home with a young, friendly, playful cat.
