KERRY NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!   Come meet Kerry and other great adoptable dogs this Saturday (10/25) from 12-3 pm at the PetSmart in Alexandria, VA (3351 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA 22305)!   Name: Kerry          Best Guess for Breed:  Lab and border collie mix Best Guess for Age:   1 year 9 months as of October 2025        SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:  49 lbs   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! We do not recommend her for a home with cats.    Currently Living at:   DC area foster home   Kerry is Looking For:  Her forever family! This sweetie is in her prime as a young adult dog and is eager to explore the world by her humans’ side – and to get all those snuggles and cuddles after a long day together. Making pup pals along the way would be great, and she wants to go to dog school to show how super smart she is as well.She promises adoring gazes,  tail wags, and loyal companionship for all her days in exchange. What do you say? Is Kerry the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me:  Kerry is such a great dog! She’s so sweet, snuggly, and well-trained. After a day two, she was as happy as can be, running around, wagging her tail, and playing with all of her toys. She loves other dogs and people! She would do best with a yard and/or frequent trips to the dog park. She doesn’t bark much, she sleeps in her crate over night, knows sit and paw, and hasn’t had accidents in the house. Whoever ends up with this sweet girl will be very lucky! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
