Khione (A141852) is a 1-year-and-5-month-old German Shepherd x AK Husky mix who weighed 50.3 pounds on intake! 04/27/26 This sweet girl is Khione! Khione was surrendered to the shelter for no fault of her own, but because her owner wanted what was best for her. She was said to be very loved and they only wished her the best in her next home. Khione was said to be kennel trained, housebroken, rides well in a car, and knows her basic commands! She can be a little nervous at first and a great reminder to look up the Rule of 3â&#194&#128&#194&#153s when bringing a new pet into your home to allow for that decompression time. Khione has no experience around children, so if you do have kiddos at home, please keep that in mind. Khione was said to do well with other animals, cats, and dogs, but was known to play rough with other dogs. She was also said to love chasing after toys but was notorious for not bringing them back. And she absolutely LOVES the water â&#194&#128&#194&#147 lake, river, puddles, you name it â&#194&#128&#194&#147 sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s in it!
