He's as cute as can be, with a quiet and curious nature that's absolutely endearing. Joe is a bit of a shy guy when it comes to other kitties, preferring to keep to himself. But don't let that fool you—he's a total people cat! He absolutely  melts  for head pets and chin scratches, and his favorite place in the world is snuggled right next to his foster mom. Lickable treats are the way to his heart! When he gets excited, he does tend to give some sweet love nibbles, so he'd thrive in a home with adults or a family with older children who understand his adorable quirks.     Our adoption fee is $175       If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Cat Interest Form on AZRAIN.ORG and, if you are selected as a prospective adopter, we will contact you to set up a meet and greet.
