Cat-Friendly!!  Hi, my name is Kiwi. My brother Coconut and I were rescued from a tough life on the streets when we were about 4 months old. We were found living in an abandoned house, but now we are safe with our foster family. We’ve been here for almost 2 months learning all about the good life, and we’re ready to find a permanent family of our own. I am still a bit reserved around new people because I had such a rough start, but if you spend time with me, I promise to be the best friend ever. I love to play with shoelaces and strings and ribbon wands and can definitely be won over with treats and food. I am still getting used to being pet but will eat out of your hand and lick Churu treats off of your fingers. I also love my foster-cat brothers and have even gotten used to my big, crazy foster-dog brother. I will need to go to a home with another friendly cat because he/she will help make me feel more adventurous and confident like my foster brothers have. I have not been around children, but I would probably do best in a quieter environment so I can ease into my new surroundings. Loud noises and sudden movements still startle me.
