See Kuro’s HomepageGo to our official websiteYou can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Estimated Date of Birth: 06/28/2021 Kuro is the Japanese word for black.   In Japanese culture, kuro represents darkness, mystery, or the absence of color.  Kuro came in the dead of night, in a cloak of mystery.  I don't know anything about her prior life, but she has adjusted to the pampered cat life quite well.   She loves a good pate and will nibble on her hard food.   She loves being loved and likes to be a part of the household activities when she isn't napping in a dark corner.  She doesn't understand cat beds and prefers to sleep on the floor but loves to snuggle on the couch and lay in bed with her foster mom.  She has excellent litter box manners.   She has a floofy tail and once she regrows her coat, she is going to fill out to be a real beauty.  Kuro will need daily brushes to keep her from matting.  She does well with kids, other cats, and small dogs.  She would love a family or even single parent as long they agreed to pet her as often as possible.   Kuro is spayed, up to date with vaccinations, microchipped, and has tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV.
