01/14/2025Hi! My name is Laila V ! I am a beautiful 11 year old flashy fawn lady that was an owner surrender due to a family member's decline in health and my family was unable to care for me any longer.   I am a proud member of the rescue's Silver Heart Program so be sure to ask about it because there are a lot of perks for our adoptive family! I am described as friendly, shy, active, smart, calm, playful, affectionate, quiet, nervous, and obedient! I am dog friendly but have not lived with cats so it is unsure if I am feline friendly. I lived with a 2 year old human kid and did well with him! I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I slept on a dog bed. When the humans were away I got lonely and sad because I love being with them. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences. I am fearful of loud noises such as thunder or fireworks. Some of my favorite things are chew toys, tug of war ropes, squeaky toys, tasty snacks, special treats, puzzle feeders, belly rubs, ear scratches, dog beds, blankets, napping in the sun, and quality time with the humans! If I sound like your girl, contact the rescue today and tell them you are interested in Silver Heart Laila V because I am waiting to meet you!
