Hello, my name is Lambert! I’m the cutest little lamb you ever did see! I came to the SPCA after some nice folks found me out wandering all alone; I was so scared! I can be a little shy meeting new people, but one of the barn staff has spent some time getting me out of my shell. I love when she comes and sits with me, giving me all the pets; sometimes I even curl up beside her to take a nap! I REALLY love being brushed with a curry comb; I can’t stop wagging my tail, the scratches feel so good! While I’ve been having a great time here, my barn friend has started telling me stories of the big world past these stall walls…. green pastures to run in, other sheep to grow up with, maybe even some goat friends! I’ve even heard that there are human families out there that would love to brush me and give me all the pets I could dream of! Are you the family I’ve been told about? Do you have other sheep like me that I could grow up? If so, I’d really love to meet you! I’m so excited, I can hardly wait! The SPCA strongly encourages Adoption Holds to ensure I will be waiting to meet you when you arrive. To make an Adoption Hold, please call 831-373-2631. The Adoption Center is open to meet me without an Adoption Hold, however you may need to wait for an adoption time to become available and I may already be adopted.
