Latke was taken in from a farm overloaded with cats, they were part of a TNR project  in Dover, PA _He was born in April 2026 He is currently living in a foster home in York, PA.. He is sweet as can be and loves playing with his little brother Pierogie. His adoption donation is $135 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter. He is ready to go.
