Critter Details

Hi, my name is Leif.  I came from Arkansas on a transport with my sister.  On my freedom ride to Colorado, we got a flat and had to be towed in by a gigantic truck!  I am with my foster mom now and she tells everyone she can what a happy little bouncy puppy I am.  I love to play with toys and am inquisitive about all things.  In fact, I saw myself in the mirror for the first time and barked.  Silly me!  I love bringing toys in the backyard and playing with them.  I am already retrieving tennis balls!  I saw my foster brother do it and man is that fun.   I am trying to play with my foster brother but he is a little grumpy.  I am still working my charms on him though.  My foster Mom isn't sure if I ever lived in a house before but I learned to go up and down the stairs and jump on the couch in no time.  I am working on potty training but my foster mom is sure I'll get the hang of it in no time since I love treats.  With positive reinforcement training I will be the bestest dog you ever had.  I get along with everyone I meet.  Since I am still so young I bet I could get along with cats too as long as we are introduced properly.  I am sleeping in a crate at night and I only cry a little bit because I like to cuddle and be with everyone else.  I am sure I will get used to it though, and it'll be my safe place.  Anyway, if you are looking for a happy little puppy, who will grow into a what they are saying is a medium-ish size dog I might be the one.  I will keep you on your toes and make you giggle all day long!  Until I meet the one, I am going to continue to work on my foster brother so that we can be friends!
