Thank You! ***AND our listed dogs ARE READY IMMEDIATELY; we only meet with families WHO ARE READY TO ADOPT! IF YOU APPLY and WE APPROVE YOU it means we are assuming when you meet any of our dogs and fall in love you're ready to ADOPT AND TAKE HIM OR HER HOME! APPLICATION REQUIRED from www.dashdog.org Adoption Fee $450 – the fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE and is not specific for any dog or puppy; it goes to the expenses of the organization as a whole* OUR APPLICATION IS ON www.dashdog.org and must be completed in order to set up a meeting. Our listed dogs ARE READY IMMEDIATELY; we only meet with families WHO ARE READY TO ADOPT! IF YOU APPLY and if WE APPROVE YOU it means we are assuming when you meet any of our dogs and fall in love you’re ready to ADOPT AND HIM OR HER HOME! Welcome the Leonard, TX Litter of Aussie-Pyrenees puppies! These 9 beautiful puppies were born in Leonard, Texas and have been raised indoors in a house and on private land. The puppies have Aussie-Pyrenees mixed parents only 55-65 lbs so they will likely be about the same size full grown. Their posted photos are at 5 weeks old; they’ll be 7 weeks on Saturday, July 20th the day will be ready to be picked up and taken home to forever families! The puppies are available for pre-adoption. They are not available to meet first because they’re in a very remote area and because we are keeping them completely quarantined for their own health and safety. They are now completely weaned and eating puppy kibble; all 9 are happy, healthy eaters and have great appetites, bright eyes and beautiful fluffy coats! They will be examined and given first shots prior to adoption. They will have been dewormed twice. The vet is recommending vaccines at 6 weeks since they’ve been kept quarantined and will be safest to go to “homes” and begin their new lives at 7 weeks old. All puppies need to be continued to be kept quarantined in new homes until their second booster shots at 9 weeks old. This means ONLY indoors at home and outside to potty; no travel, dog parks, pet stores or exposure to other dogs outside the home. We will post videos of the puppies and once we receive your application we can send a few pics of puppies directly to applicants. DASH asks that you choose your first 3 choices of puppies so everyone will likely get one of their choices! ALL of the puppies are the same size; they are 5-6 lbs at 6 weeks old and likely to be 7-8 weeks when ready for pick up 7/20 They are equally healthy, playful, active and adorable. Within the litter there may be a little range between sassy and sweet but these positions are specific to the Litter Dynamic; their dispositions are all good but their roles will adapt in new homes! To qualify for puppy adoption we ask for the following: someone home during the day to give the necessary attention, affection and training puppies need. We love puppies to have an age-and-breed appropriate canine companion. If there are children in the home we look for herding-breed experienced, gentle and kind kiddos. If these lovable, lively little fluffballs are the furbabies you have been looking for please complete our application on the website below THEN TEXT: Sara: 214-549-9905 & Bre: 469-203-9927 So we can check your app and get back to you! THANK YOU! www.dashdog.org General Info – PLEASE READ! *Our $450 adoption fee is based on the cost of rescuing, transporting and vetting each dog; we do not try to compete on prices with municipal shelters whose funds are paid by the city. Our philosophy is to rescue highly adoptable dogs, have them live kennel-free in private homes for temperament assessments and individual personalities. We work hard to match EACH dog with the right family – kids or no kids, other dogs male or female and/or cats. With very rare exceptions all dogs over 6 months will be spayed or neutered PRIOR to adoption – dogs under 6 months will include a spay/neuter date AND referral info for lower-cost surgery if the adopter does not choose to use her or his personal vet. OUR VETS WILL NOT PERFORM SPAY NEUTER SURGERIES UNTIL DOG IS 6 MONTHS OLD. Please READ ALL of our info below BEFORE SENDING APPLICATION. Our goal is to help our puppies and dogs find FOREVER HOMES AND FAMILIES, NOT TO MAKE IT PROHIBITIVE FOR YOU TO ADOPT. However, once we review the application and contact you, we MEET TO ADOPT, so please let us know if you are ONLY APPLYING TO STAY ON FILE or THAT YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT, for the consideration of our puppies and dogs and families who know the time is right!
