The Last Kitty of His Litter Waiting for a Loving Home. Lewes is a 12-month-old tabby who tips the scales at 15 pounds of pure adorableness. He has the most endearing pink nose and white paws, and he loves to snuggle. While his siblings have all found their forever homes, Lewes is still waiting, longing for a family to call his own. He watches the door every day, hoping it’s finally his turn to be chosen. Tiny Lewes, almost 1 pound, and his three sibs arrived through our doors in July 2023.  Life hasn’t always been easy for Lewes.  As the most reserved kitten in his litter, he often stayed in the background while his more outgoing siblings got all the attention. But those who take the time to get to know Lewes quickly discover his gentle and affectionate nature.  He loves to give little head bumps, a tender reminder that he craves love and affection. Lewes finds joy in the simple things. He loves playing with tunnels, wand toys, and crinkly things, even if he often ends up playing alone. His heart aches for the companionship he once had with his siblings. Now, he dreams of a new kitty friend to share his days with. This resilient kitten has overcome a rough start in life. An early infection left him with a sensitive stomach, but thanks to special prescription food (Hill’s Gastrointestinal Biome), he’s now healthy and thriving. Lewes enjoys both wet and dry food, and he’s ready to share mealtime with a loving family. Lewes has so much love to give and just needs a chance to show it. He deserves a home where he won’t be the last one waiting, where he can finally feel safe, loved, and cherished.
