Hello world….. Libby here! I was found walking the freeway and taken to a high volume animal control facility. I was quite nervous there with all of the big, barking dogs. I was rescued by kind SCP volunteers and I am now in foster care. I am an EASY dog. I am house-broken, crate trained, and quiet as a mouse. I do not climb up onto furniture unless invited. I love to run around the yard and I will sniff all of the blades of grass:) I live with three other little dogs, including Birdie, also an SCP senior pup available for adoption. I don't bark often, I am great with all dogs and I love kitties (I just leave them alone.) I am a senior, estimated to be about 10 years old per my microchip. I will be having a dental cleaning very soon to help with my bad teeth. I have great fur and I am amazing to bathe and clip nails! I am a treasure, per my foster mom. Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 (or $245 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.
