If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please visit our website, for details about our fees and process, and to complete our Adoption Application.   ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis.  We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes.  Lil Momma was a stray who wandered into her foster mom’s neighborhood, and it’s believed that this was her third and final litter of kittens. Her foster mom had been trying to catch her for a while to help stop those never-ending pregnancies. Despite her tough beginnings, Lil Momma turned out to be such a loving mom to her babies! She’s a sweet little lady who loves getting pets (even if she’s not too thrilled about kisses—but her foster family sneaks them in anyway!). Lil Momma has a soft spot for the smell of human food. She’ll meow and beg until her kittens join in the act, all looking up at their foster parents with those irresistible eyes. She’s especially fond of her foster dad, often curling up on his lap for cozy naps. Lil Momma made a best friend with one of the other cats in the foster home, but she’s not really interested in the rest of the feline crew—probably just needs some proper introductions. She’d likely do well with other cats if introduced slowly, but dogs might be a bit much for her. Lil Momma is more suited to a home with older kids who can understand her gentle nature. She’s already spayed, up to date on vaccines, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Plus, she’s a pro at using the litterbox. At around 2 years and 2 months old, this lovely girl is ready to find her forever family! Lil Momm will be at Nine Lives Cat Café 10/17/24 until ­­­­11/12/24.
