MEET LOUIS!Louis is another big city bird who was found as a stray and brought to our big red barn by a local Animal Control Officer. He is a very good flock guardian and has shown himself as very protective for his ladies. If you are looking for a big rooster to help keep your girls safe, Louis might be a good match. Please check your local regulations to be sure you’re allowed to keep a rooster. Louis has been seen by our vet team and tested negative for pullorum and avian influenza. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
