Critter Details

Hi, my name is Luna. I am a Golden Retriever/Standard Poodle mix and am about 14 weeks old. I am currently at my foster home in Scarborough and looking for my forever home. I weigh just over 20 pounds and will most likely be a big girl when I’m grown. I am not spayed yet but do have my vaccinations including rabies. I will need a booster in about a month. I came from a puppy mill and will need time to adjust and time to learn proper behaviour. I am afraid of stairs, hallways, the car but I’m coming out of my shell and am ready to embrace life! ! I like other dogs and people. I haven’t met any cats yet. I’m afraid of strangers for a minute and shy away but then I come around and like them very much. I don’t bite or guard. I am not quite housetrained, but almost. I can go days without an accident. I have a crate but I don’t like it very much. It scares me. I prefer a gated off area for when I’m alone. I don’t bark when left alone but I sometime whine.. I try to eat everything in sight including chairs and twigs! Foster mom trades me for toys. I love the stuffed ones. I have a sweet personality and am getting used to my new life, including nice people. I’m learning how to walk on leash and doing well. I know sit. Am learning down and stay but need to refreshing daily.
