I'm Lyla, but my A.R.F Humans call me Pretty Sweet Girl!  I'm a mature, unique & affectionate sweetheart who knows exactly what she wants — to be in a home!  I was rescued as a kitten & unfortunately recently I lost my family & home as my human faces homelessness. A.R.F took me right in & has taken great care of me, but I'm really confused…I want to go HOME. I don't understand why I'm here…I don't understand why my family hasn't picked me up yet…don't they know that I'm here?  Each day, I ask my A.R.F. Humans to take me home, but I guess they don't know my phone #. I'm a really good girl & guess what…my front paws are even declawed! Though that's a terrible thing to do to a kitty, what's done is done. Maybe that will make me more exciting to you & your furniture?  I'm very smart, sweet & affectionate & prefer human companionship & attention as opposed to that of a furry friend's. I do not wish to be alone all day — I want to be w/ my human. Since I guess I can't go back home, I'm seeking a calm, quiet, loving & safe home where I will be a priority & have longevity.  I even recently had senior lab-work & everything looks great, so please don't shy away from me because I'm 7 years old. I'll even show you a copy!  If a loving companion is what you seek, I just may be your girl. Maybe we can read a book & snuggle or watch the news & sip tea together.  I simply just want to go home.   Lyla  is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations,  spayed, and litter box trained.
