He enjoys snuggling, hanging out with both big and small dogs, and sometimes likes to wander off for a little quiet time to himself. Malcolm is currently in boarding due to a lack of available foster homes, where he enjoys free play with other animals every day. He’s social, affectionate, and loves being around both people and pups. He’s a smart boy who’s learning new things daily. Malcolm is doing well with crate training and uses a doggie door in his foster environment, but he’ll need a family willing to help him adjust to a new routine and continue working on housebreaking. His biggest challenge is that he gets anxious when left alone—he loves his people deeply and wants to be near them. His foster has been working diligently to help him feel more secure, and he’s making great progress! If you work from home or have a flexible schedule and want a loyal, loving companion who will adore you endlessly, Malcolm could be your perfect match.
