Updated Bio for Mantis: Hi, my name is Mantis! I am a happy little love bug that loves zooming around outside with my littermates. Some of my favorite things are cheese, cookies, peanutbutter, naps, playing with squeeky toys, giving kisses and cuddling with people.  My momma is a small Boston Terrier mix but daddy was a much bigger boy. I'm 17 weeks old and 24  pounds! I'm already as big as my mom! I probably will be 55-60 pounds when I'm all grown up.  I am completely crate trained and I sleep in my crate all night! I am basically house trained too. I just need frequent potty breaks because I'm still a baby. I haven't had an accident in a long time! I am working on some basic obedience. I already know "sit" & "down". I'm not bad on a leash and getting better with "come" and "leave it." I'm a busy, love bug looking for a forever place to land. If you are looking for a cuddle partner, hop on over and fill out an adoption application with Adopt A Pit.           All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
