Critter Details

Please meet Marlowe’s Magnificent Five, 2 males and 3 females. (The males are featured in this post.  Please see a separate post featuring the females). In photo order, meet Marble (FCID# 07/16/2024 – 15, (m) mostly white with black markings), Meadow (FCID# 07/16/2024 – 12, (f) b&w with mask), Mellow (FCID# 07/16/2024 – 13, (m) b&w), Murphee (FCID# 07/16/2024 – 14, (f) black) and Mini (FCID# 07/16/2024 – 11, (f) mini Marlowe).Mama was raising us behind a school in a big hole. We loved to cuddle with Mama in the hole but it’s hot during the day and scary at night.Now we are inside and our tummies are full everyday and we have all the toys we want to play with!Wakey, wakey:  it is morning and breakfast time.  But first it is scratch time!!! After our scratching exercises are complete, we eat and play! It’s so hard for us to figure out what to do first play or eat. Some of us eat first, others play . We love wand toys, interactive toys and chasing balls and springs. We all prefer chasing something, so if you throw it we will chase it. And even though we have each other to play with we love to play with our human. Mellow (m) is the most laid-back of all hence his name. But don’t let him fool you – he loves attention.Meadow (f) can be a little bit of a brute sometimes but is still sweet and affectionate Murphee (f), Marble (m) and Mini (f) are always purring when you pick them up. Mini was the first to show affection early on. Marble likes to give kisses and will curl up on the couch with you while you watch your favorite TV shows.Marble, Murphee and Mini love to smell your feet/ shoes.
