  Mary – Female DOB 2/26/2025 Domestic Short Hair – Brown Tabby Mary arrived at a Southern shelter as a pregnant stray, about to give birth. She was an excellent mama cat, taking care of her kits until they were weaned. Although she was a great mom, she is ready to leave that life behind her. Mary is absolutely adorable with her purrrfect tabby markings and slightly crossed eyes. She doesn’t want to be the center of the attention, preferring to be more of a bookworm than a prom queen. Although she may be a little shy at first, she will warm up to you quickly. She doesn’t need much- kind humans, a soft bed, a sunny window, and tasty food. She would get along with another gentle cat, but would also be fine being your only queen to be spoiled.  She's a bit on the shy side until she has time to settle in, and would thrive in a low key household without dogs and kids.
