Critter Details

Maximus is an energetic, affectionate, and attentive adult male German Shepherd who weighs 60 pounds. Maximus is a good walker and does best with a harness. This handsome guy seems very eager to please and does well with positive reinforcement. When you come to meet him, request a look at him outside his kennel. His real personality shines when he gets a chance to run and play. He is currently at the Shelter and will be neutered prior to adoption.  Here is the adoption process:   To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $100 fee for any county animal which needs to be cash or a check – NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier.   Thank you for considering a homeless animal.
