Mela is an affectionate girl that bonds closely and loves to be with her people. She is around 2 years old and we believe she is a mix of Lab, Shepherd and Akita. She is a loving and loyal girl protective of her people and champion cuddler. Mela enjoys snuggles, is calm but playful, and is housetrained in her current foster home. She can be a vocal girl and would likely do best in a home without shared walls. She also vocally defends her family home and would do best with a family that understands a more protective breed like a Shepherd or Akita. She likes to play with other dogs once she gets to know them and would be fine with or without a dog sibling. She can be a little wary of new people especially men but once she warms up, you have a friend for life.
