Hi, my name is Midnight.  Sadly, I was recently hit by a car and badly injured.  I found my way home after getting hit, but my owners couldn’t take care of me and surrendered me to a local shelter.  As it turned out, I needed a leg amputation and then a rescue from the overcrowded shelter.  Fortunately, KSC stepped in – phew!  I’m now healthy and doing fine.  I’m safely inside, have a comfy bed and tasty meals and lots of caregiver pets.  I even got my picture taken for the KSC website where folks can see me so I can find my (indoor!) forever home.
