I’m Mikey, a super happy 3-year-old pup, and I’m all about spreading joy and love! I may only weigh 8 pounds, but I’ve got a big heart. I’m a mix of Pomeranian, Long Haired Chihuahua, and maybe a few other fun surprises that make me extra special. Sometimes, I can be a little shy when meeting new friends, but once I get comfy (at my own pace), I’m the sweetest, most well-mannered buddy you could ask for!   I’m great with respectful kids, and I love playing almost as much as I enjoy snuggles and belly rubs. I get along well with other small dogs too! I’d love to share a home with a confident, small doggy leader to show me the ropes. I’ve got so much love to give, and I can’t wait to find my forever family!   Note from Mikey’s foster mom: Mikey doesn’t like being in a crate, but he does ok once in, I think he had former negative experience that makes him anxious. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences.
