Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact. Millie is about 5 months old as of the middle of March, 2026. Found in the middle of the road by a caring community member, she had suffered an impact which led to a fractured jaw. That was all repaired and this beautiful little miracle is now ready for her FOREVER home. She's had a wonderful foster home and is fully socialized yet will be timid when she meets her new family and in her new home. She will need a little time in segregation to adjust. It won't take long and she will be a perfect fit in any home. She loves to play and snuggling is second to her play. She's teething now and will need some work on understanding that hands are not toys! Adopt Millie today! Approved applications will be contacted within 48 hours. All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV. Our adoption fee structure is as follows: $75 – Kittens/Young (Up to 1 year) $50 – Adult (1 Year +) $25 – Senior (7 Years +) $0 – FIV + There is an additional $25 fee for cats considered to be an "Exotic" (Siamese, Persian, etc…) If you are a senior (65 years or older) you can adopt any of our senior cats (7 years or older) for only $10! Please mention this special when applying. We also have a kitten special – adopt 2 available kittens (1 year & under) for $125 While we try to keep our animal listings up-to-date online, sometimes the age range may be labelled incorrectly. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the most up-to-date information on a particular cat. Our cats are shown by appointment – we are a foster based rescue and so we don't have a location with set hours. If you are interested in adopting or would like to meet our cats, please fill out our adoption application online at www.safehousepets.org/info/adoption and a volunteer will contact you promptly.
