Meet Misty! Misty was rescued by a good samaritan after injuring her left front leg, which had to be amputated. Although she was just a little baby, she handled her recovery in foster care like a champ and she is now ready for a loving home! Misty greets her people with happy meows and loves to talk! She absolutely adores attention and wants to be noticed and loved. She loves getting chin and butt scratches and will purr loudly when being pet. She loves to chase after toys even more! Having three legs doesn’t slow her down at all, and she handles the occasional tumble in stride. Sometimes she likes to give little nibbles on your hands, but she is easily redirected to toys. Misty will be a wonderful, chatty companion for her lucky adopter! All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
