Have you ever wanted a pet moose or give a Moose a Muffin? We can help! Say hello to Molly, also known as “Molly Moose” . This sweet girl is a one year old Great Dane/Great Pyrenees mix. She arrived in rescue very skinny at around 90 lbs. Molly is underweight, and her breed mix doesn’t fully  mature and fill out until around 2-3 years of age. She is doing a great job eating her meals  and getting healthy in foster care!   Molly is truly a gentle giant. Despite her young age, she is a very calm dog. She will greet  you with tail wags and lean into you for pets. We have discovered she loves dogs of all  sizes. Currently Molly is sharing space with 2 medium sized dogs in her foster home who  she loves to play with. She also has a much smaller senior foster brother who she often  naps with. Molly is housebroken and has had no accidents in her foster home. She is good  about going outside for her potty breaks, and loves lounging in the yard on nice days. A  fenced yard would be bonus for this girl who loves outside time. She also walks well on  leash and enjoys a leisurely stroll now and then. Molly has been well behaved when free  roaming her foster home. She has a touch for interior decorating and can often be found  rearranging the pillows. Foster Mom has pretty much given up on placing them back in their  original spot as Molly will decide where they look best and carry them around until she is  satisfied with her design. We are happy to report there has been no damage around the  house as Molly is just an interior decorator, not a destroyer. She is very content to settle  into a favorite spot by the window with a chew bone and observe the neighborhood activity.   We are working on crate training, and that is going well. Molly is hesitant when first being  asked to go into the kennel. She will go in with the help of a high value treat and settles  down nicely. She is only kenneled when the humans leave the house and has been well  behaved all night when allowed to free roam. She sleeps quietly all night and wakes up with  the humans for breakfast.    Molly’s ideal home would be one with people who can provide her plenty of love and attention. She would be fine with children as she is so gentle and is not an excitement jumper. Another dog companion would be great as she loves all of them she has met, but  she could be an only dog as well. Meet this girl and fall in love with her gentle nature! Please apply at www.havenanimalrescuenebraska.org   ADOPTION DONATION: $450   *ALL DOGS MUST BE INSIDE COMPANION ANIMALS!
