Moo Cow SCAS is a 5-month-old Bassett Hound mix who is as cute as a button! He weighs roughly 25 pounds and is a certified “Low-Rider”. Moo is a complete Love Bug! He loves car rides, cuddles, belly scratches, and of course in true Basset Hound nature… TREATS!   They really don’t come any cuter than Mr. Moo. He is a complete sweetheart just waiting for the right family to love him back.
