My name is Mulligan and I’m a big boy with a big heart! Despite my serious face, all I want is to be loved and pet. I’m a lap cat through and through, and love to nestle next to you while you work. Though I startle easily, I can never resist the allure of a good head pat or chin scratch session. I love to tell you my thoughts with soft, cute meows, especially when it’s mealtime. I like playing with plush or wand toys that I can hug with all four of my paws.   My adoption fee is $175. That includes spay/neuter, microchip, FIV/FeLV combo test, current vaccines and health check.
