Critter Details

I’m Nellie and I'm 4 years old. Before I was rescued, I was in a dark basement, in a cage for over one year, with no beautiful window light, no warm bed, toys, treats or attention along with a lot of other cats like me. I waited day after day for something to change. I am so glad it did. These nice, patient people took some time to get to know me, to really understand me. She figured out a secret I'll let you in on. . I can’t pass up the offer of a churu. Dessert is everyone’s weakness right? I may be a little shy when you meet me, but will warm up quickly. I enjoy a good head scratch, and tushy rub. I also love being around other cats, they help me feel safe with new humans, and I'll even enjoy a nice cuddle session with them!
