Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue Meow meet Nicky! Nicky is an adult mostly white cat with tabby patches he has a tender heart and playful soul. He loves to run, jump, chase fuzzy mice and kick sticks, lay in the sun, and is wonderfully talkative. He adores attention and being held like a baby but also has an independent side, making him the perfect balance of affectionate and easygoing. He is great with kids and does well with other cats and dogs.  Nicky was found alone and scared in the mountains, with no one to protect him. He was taken in by Knick Knack Pittie Pack (a local dog rescue) who saw his gentle spirit and knew he deserved the best chance- so they reached out to Forever Love Rescue. He was named Nicky in honor of the rescue that first saved him. All he is missing now is you-a home where he’ll never be alone again, where his trust will be cherished, and where his story can finally end with happily ever after!    Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg – Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
