Meet Nina, a gentle and affectionate 2-year-old Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix with the sweetest heart (literally—she has a heart-shaped spot on her head)! This quiet, cautious girl may be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and loves to follow her foster mom around. Once she feels safe, Nina’s affectionate side shines, and she becomes a true cuddle companion. She’s wonderful with people of all ages, other dogs, and even dog-savvy cats! Nina is crate trained, mostly potty trained, and rides well in the car. Her crate is her cozy safe space, and with a little encouragement, she loves coming out for pets and snuggles. Smart and eager to please, Nina is ready to build on her basic training in a patient, loving home. If you’re looking for a gentle, intelligent companion who’ll be your loyal shadow, Nina might be the perfect fit! Nina is from Texas.
