I can come Jun 21, if I have an adopter.Hiya, I'm NOODLE and here's a bit about me:Breed: Tibetan Terrier/Poodle mixAge: 2 yearsGender: FemaleWeight: 23 kgsHeight: 42 cmCountry of origin: TurkeyHighlights: affectionate, social, curious, joyful, lovable, goofy, cuddly, loyal, lovingAffectionate, with a heart full of love, that's me.When my rescuers first encountered me, was a time they would never forget — it was a heartbreaking scene that exposed the depths of cruelty some of us animals endure in my country. I was being dragged behind a car, chained and terrified, my body scraping along the road. They immediately intervened, stopping the car and confronting the person responsible. After a heated and emotional exchange, they managed to rescue me from that nightmare. The reason for this horrific treatment? I had been kept in a garden with chickens and had eaten some of the eggs. In their eyes, that was enough to justify such a brutal punishment. It was clear from the many wounds covering my body, this wasn’t the first time I had suffered. From that moment on, I began my healing journey — not just physically, but emotionally. My wounds gradually closed, my fur began to grow back, and little by little, my spirit returned. What was most amazing to my rescuerz, was my capacity to forgive. Despite everything, I  remained gentle, trusting, and full of love.Today, I am a completely different dog — joyful, affectionate, and hopeful. I adore humans, play with other animals, and brighten every room I enter. I am living proof that love and compassion can mend even the deepest scars.I am a true social butterfly — affectionate, warm, and always eager to be close to the people around me. My eyes shine with curiosity and joy. My tail wags like a metronome of happiness, and my playful energy is simply contagious. Now, I am ready for my forever home — a place where I will be cherished, protected, and loved unconditionally for the rest of my life. A home where my friendly spirit and love for companionship will truly be appreciated. I am incredibly people-oriented and thrive on human companionship, making me an ideal match for anyone seeking a loyal, loving best friend. I also get along wonderfully with other dogs. Though my experience with cats is unknown, my gentle and adaptable nature suggests I could adjust well with a proper introduction. I even know how to walk with a leash without pulling.I have an adventurous side, too, loving the great outdoors — sniffing out new paths, soaking up sunshine, and joining in on any fun that involves movement and connection. Interactive toys and play bring out my goofy, lovable personality, but at the end of the day, I am happiest curled up beside you, soaking in the comfort of cuddles.I am ready to bring laughter, warmth, and unwavering affection into your home. One thing is certain: life with me will never be dull — only full of joy, tail wags, and love.Energy Level: ModerateI get along with:Dogs: YesCats: YesKids: unknown. rescuer states yes, but no video proofFears: None observedTraining:Leash skills: yes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a flight volunteer directly to Vancouver.Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue. Please Note: LALDR highly encourages adopters to research some local dog trainers before their dog arrives. Although a 1-on-1 trainer is often not needed, it is good to have someone in mind in case any problematic behaviours arise. Most bad behaviours can be modified if caught early enough, so make sure to nip undesirable behaviours in the bud before they become serious problems.Basic training should be taken seriously, but should not begin until your dog is well settled in – at least a couple of weeks. After you feel your new dog is relaxed and comfortable in their new home, check out training courses in your local area. Even basic beginner courses like those taught at a local pet store can have a huge benefit in helping your dog learn to socialize and get used to being in public situations, all with the added benefit of strengthening their bond with you.Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if a dog has been determined to be good with children we will approve applicants with children 8 years or older. More information can be found on our website. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs.Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live. While most dogs find escorting passengers flying directly to Vancouver, some will find flights through Toronto or  Montreal. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 – $550 depending on the size of the dog. LALDR will be as transparent as possible with you regarding these costs. You will NOT be asked to pay a passenger fee on top of the cargo fee.[MID-EAST] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East.[TURKEY] Dogs from Turkey receive a 4D SNAP test to include Leishmania, Heartworm, Ehrlichia, & Anaplasma, as well as Giardia, Parvo, Corona & Distemper.
