He has become one of our favorites, and he is an urgent need of placement. Oden came to us from a family who had several other dogs, and we’ve decided Oden needs lots of individual attention to reach his full potential. He was tested by, a premier dog trainer who works with training dogs for scent detection work, and Oden has high potential, but not as much drive as some trainers would like. However, he is so smart and has learned quickly that we feel he would be a great companion dog as well or someone is looking for a friend to be there  companion, and play ball out in the yard. He can distinguish scents easily, and his video is attached;  it shows some of the things he can do. Please consider this handsome boy who lived with other dogs, and would thrive from being either a one and only, or  one of two dogs in a home.    PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
